Norfolk Wedding Photographer
Nicki Thurgar’s 2019 Round up!
How has 2019 gone by so fast?! I can’t believe it’s that time of year again where I have the lovely job of revisiting all this year’s weddings to select a few random moments from each gallery. Each time I do this, it takes me right back to the day itself – and all the emotions involved, and I find myself smiling, laughing & even getting a little teary! I guess that’s the power of photos – looking at the moment that was caught on camera which brings back the feelings from that moment – so powerful!
After 10 years of doing this wonderful job, I want to say a heartfelt thanks to everyone who I’ve photographed, and also those who have booked me for 2020 and 2021. I genuinely, absolutely LOVE what I do and will happily keep on doing it as long as people keep booking me! 😉
As a Norfolk wedding photographer, I’ve worked at lots of my favourite venues, and also a few new ones and next year I’m looking forward to revisiting favourites and new venues too – here’s just a few of the lovely places I’ve worked this year: Swynford Manor, Bressingham Hall, Chaucer Barn, Southwood Hall, Langley Abbey, The Reading Rooms, The Assembly House, Wood Farm Barn, The Norfolk Mead Hotel, Dairy Barns Hickling, Thornham Coach House, The Oaklands… and more! Without exception, each venue has been delightful to work at – so thank you to all for looking after this photographer so well!
It’s also been a pleasure to bump into many familiar faces amongst Norfolk’s wedding suppliers – make up artists, hairdressers, florists and magicians! There’s such a huge amount of talent in East Anglia, we’re spoilt for choice. It was lovely to see you again Flamingo Amy, Love Moi Make up, Leanne Moralee, Girly Glam, Michelle Bennett, Amanda Steed, Edd Crafer, Epic Event Hire, KWF, Bracken & Twine, Bill Downs, Kavolini,… to name but a few. Thanks also go to my regular and reliable second shooters – you know who you are and I LOVE working with you! 😘
So without further ado, here – selected from their galleries randomly and in no particular order – are a few moments (keep scrolling… keep scrolling… maybe more than a few!!) from this year’s weddings (I also photographed lots of lifestyle shoots & engagement sessions, but I think my website server might break if I post many more photos to it!).
I’ve LOVED photographing all my weddings and families SO much – thank you, all you lovely, lovely people for keeping on recommending me and booking me – it’s so very much appreciated!
Wishing everyone an AMAZING, prosperous and happy 2020!
